A Musical Summer and Spectacular Nature?

Classical music masterclasses in one of the most beautiful cities of Central Europe?

Read on…

The idyllic Ljubljana old town — with its winding rivers and endlessly rich cultural palette — will be the backdrop for the Academy of Music’s summer school ACADEMIA MUSICÆ LABACENSIS. Presented now for the ninth time, the scope of the school has now been significantly broadened. What has remained is our firm commitment to great classical music and the development of students, educators, and our dear public.

Dear Guest, Dear Fan of Great Music!

This year's ACADEMIA MUSICÆ LABACENSIS will take place between August 28 and September 1, 2023.

Our summer school is developing, growing, and maturing, just like her “mother” academy, and we are very happy to host this year's Summer Academy in the historic Kazina Palace ...

So - welcome to the 9th edition of the summer academy ACADEMIA MUSICÆ LABACENSIS for WIND, BRASS INSTRUMENTS, and CHAMBER MUSIC with individual masterclasses, chamber groups, and concerts.

Closing date for the application: 15 July 2023
